Shipping & Returns
We use UPS, USPS or FedEx depending on the weight and destination of the order. We ship orders daily, Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process and ship your order.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can track your order up until delivery.
Delivery is approximately 5-7 business days for most orders.
All orders require a signature upon receipt of item. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Please ensure that there is someone to sign for your order at the indicated shipping address.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just contact a Customer Relationship Rep at 301-770-4400 to arrange for the return of your merchandise.
