15mL acrylic centrifuge tube with a red screwcap made of HDPE and white printed graduations.

Acrylic is a scratch resistant and resiliant material that has a chemical resistance equal to that of polystyrene, while also providing outstanding clarity. Acrylic also provides a faster spin rate of 5,000 rpm (6,160 x g) in comparison to polystyrene's spin rate of 1,700 rpm (3,000 x g).
